About the Role We are currently looking for a highly skilled Slovak customer support representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our users who have already embraced smoke-free products. Your primary responsibility will be to educate users on how to use and take care of their devices, provide assistance for new purchases, and communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities: Education and Support: Educate users on how to use and take care of their devices, ensuring they have a seamless experience. New Purchase Assistance: Provide assistance to customers who have made new purchases, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone at all times. Case Management: Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. About You We are looking for a talented individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Fluency in Slovak: You must be fluent in Slovak, with excellent communication skills. English Language Skills: You should have very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Communication and Soft Skills: You should possess exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills. Computer Knowledge: You should have basic computer knowledge and be tech-savvy. Resourcefulness and Multitasking: You should be resourceful, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer support, preferably in a similar industry. Knowledge of Smokeless Products: Familiarity with smokeless products and their features would be an asset. Language Skills: Knowledge of additional languages, such as Greek or other European languages, would be beneficial.
