Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide best-in-class service and solutions to grow customer relationships within set standards via phone and chat channels. - Provide Accurate Information: Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their credit card accounts, products, and services. - Identify and Resolve Customer Issues: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. - Educate Customers: Educate customers on the features and benefits of the credit card and savings products and services. - Proactively Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote customer loyalty. - Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's systems. - Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established goals for all performance metrics, including call/chat quality, productivity, and schedule adherence to provide an exceptional level of service to customers. - Provide First Call/Chat Resolution: Provide first call/chat resolution while following strict procedures that meet regulatory and compliance guidelines. To be successful in this role, you'll need: - High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of related customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on credit card customer service. - Strong Computer Efficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. - Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Empathetic Demeanor: An empathetic demeanor and a genuine desire to help others. - Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Availability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we're looking for candidates with: - 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of solid working knowledge of all Customer Service functions within a contact center. - Demonstrated Ability to Explain Complex Concepts: Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly explain complex concepts in a customer-centric manner. - Ability to De-Escalate Customer Issues: Ability to de-escalate customer issues and provide best-in-class service.
