As IT Support, you will provide frontline technical support to staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues, while assisting with user administration and inventory management. Responsibilities - Perform basic problem solving and provide assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for printers, laptops, tablets and password resets - Assist with implementation of technology projects - Assist with the maintenance of the inventory and helpdesk systems - Document issues, solutions, and recurring trends to support improved service and training/onboarding - Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and related equipment and devices - Manage user lifecycle including provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, manage licenses and troubleshooting access in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and RingCentral (calls and voice messaging) Skills - Strong problem-solving capabilities - Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 applications and administration - Basic knowledge of networking (wi-fi, VPN, printers, IP addresses) - Ability to work and maintain a flexible work schedule - Have reliable transportation - Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience - 1+ years of technical support experience - A+ or any other industry certifications complete or in progress - Experience using ticketing system preferred, or willingness to learn Benefits - 401k plan with employer match; both pre-tax and ROTH options - PTO Company Overview - Each Girl Scout experiences her own exciting, life-changing opportunities through our leadership programming.
