STRIIV is a boutique multifamily wellness strategy firm specializing in performance-forward, design-driven amenity environments.
We develop the layouts, equipment strategy, and zoning logic. We are seeking a presentation-focused architectural visualization partner to elevate how we communicate these concepts to clients.
This role is about visual storytelling — not layout design.
We will provide:
• fitness plans in 2D CAD layouts
• Equipment schedules
• Strategic direction
• Reference imagery
We are looking for someone who can:
• Translate 2D plans into stylized concept visuals
• Create blocking diagrams and cleaned-up plan graphics
• Produce 2–3 perspective views per project (concept-level realism)
• Apply lighting and material tones to communicate atmosphere
• Help structure and design presentation boards
• Develop a clean, repeatable STRIIV template system
• Occasionally create photorealistic renderings for flagship projects
Ideal Candidate
• Background in interior presentation design or architectural visualization
• Experience with hospitality or multifamily amenity presentations
• Skilled in SketchUp / Enscape / Lumion / Twinmotion (or similar)
• Comfortable assembling polished presentation boards (InDesign, Canva, etc.)
• Clean, restrained aesthetic
Engagement
• Ongoing freelance collaboration
• 4–8 projects per year
• Project-based pricing preferred
