Job Title: Influencer Outreach & Sales Specialist (Revenue-Driven)
Job Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Influencer Outreach & Sales Specialist to drive revenue through strategic influencer and partnership initiatives. This role is focused on acquisition, conversion, and revenue generation—not content management or social media administration.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong background in influencer marketing and outbound outreach, capable of building partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Research and identify high-potential influencers within the baby and parenting niche, with a strong focus on TikTok
- Execute high-volume, targeted outreach campaigns to initiate partnerships
- Present compelling collaboration proposals aligned with brand objectives
Affiliate Partnership Management
- Onboard influencers into the affiliate program and ensure proper setup and tracking
- Monitor influencer performance and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and revenue
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent output and results
Sales & Conversion
- Manage the full outreach pipeline from prospecting to signed agreement and first sale
- Negotiate terms and close partnership deals effectively
- Ensure all partnerships are aligned with revenue goals and ROI targets
B2B Business Development (LinkedIn)
- Conduct outbound outreach to corporate partners, resellers, and bulk buyers
- Utilize LinkedIn to identify and develop additional revenue streams
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated on a weekly basis using the following metrics:
- Outreach Volume: Number of new prospects contacted
- Conversion Rate: Number of signed influencer/partner agreements
- Revenue Generated: Total sales attributed to influencer and partner activities
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Outbound Sales
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partnerships or campaigns
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
Candidates must provide verifiable case studies or portfolio evidence that includes:
- Number of influencers managed or partnerships handled
- Campaign performance metrics
- Revenue or sales generated from influencer or outreach initiatives
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in TikTok Creator Marketplace and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and performance analytics
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
Industry Interest
- Interest or experience in the baby, parenting, or maternity market is highly preferred
