**Job Summary**
As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to order entry, customer service, and pharmacy operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare partners
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's and ensuring timely processing
* Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
**Education**
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
