Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive service to all assigned groups in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Respond to internal and external inquiries pertaining to assigned groups, including eligibility, benefits, claims, billing, and other related questions. Assist Marketing Representatives with eligibility issues, claims issues, and pharmacy issues on behalf of group administrators and members. Make outreach calls to new groups and existing groups, and may travel to groups and benefit fairs to assist marketing efforts. Train claims/customer service staff on benefits, claims processing procedures, and changes specific to assigned groups. Log and track all inquiries received by email and fax, and may create and run reports to identify and analyze trends or resolve issues. Assist in special projects as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Essential Qualifications Four years of directly related work experience in healthcare or health insurance call center experience. Bachelor's Degree OR Four years of job-related leadership experience with claims, customer service, or in a healthcare setting. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. Professional phone and written communication skills, with excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
