**Job Description:**
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in a remote/hybrid environment. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls
* Working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment
* Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
* Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
* Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to inbound phone calls from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their challenges
* Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Use multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
* Analyze and resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit and implementing return procedures
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Ability to commute to our facility from your home
* A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
* Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
* Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

**Work Environment:**
* Enjoy your weekends off! We're hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday.
* Our 8-week onsite training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers.
* After graduation (completion of 8-week training), team members meeting work-from-home requirements will enjoy a hybrid work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference).
* You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts.
