**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing customer service over the phone, through email, and our ticketing system via remote connection.
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Following best practices for resolving tickets, including clarifying customer reasons, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintaining customer records by updating account information in HubSpot.
* Following best practices for documentation in our ticketing system.
* Contributing to company-wide initiatives, such as adopting new technologies, updating product documentation, and providing support for launching new products.
* Becoming a product expert and providing product enhancement ideas to our Product Management team.
* Participating in our rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support after standard business hours.
* Consistently meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Customer service experience, preferably in a software or healthcare-related industry.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A bachelor's or associate's degree, preferably in a related field.
* A remote work environment that is compliant with cybersecurity and other company workplace policies.
* Availability to work a regular schedule of 10:30 am CT to 7:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday, with participation in our on-call/after-hours rotational schedule.
