Job Description:
• Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle
• Serve as an analytics advisor by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis to inform decision-making
• Develop executive-ready presentations with clear data storytelling and concise insights
• Apply an AI-forward mindset to enhance analytics, automation, and insight delivery
• Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products in partnership with IT
• Manage analytics product lifecycle, including requirements, testing, enhancements, and release planning
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR analytics tools and self-service capabilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analysis or related field
• 4+ years of relevant analytics experience
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules
• Solid experience working with HR data and performing data querying, ETL/data wrangling, and developing reports and dashboards
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data integrity skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• US citizenship required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
• Master’s degree in a quantitative analysis or related field (preferred)
• Experience with SQL, R, or Python (preferred)
• Experience building statistical or predictive models using people data (preferred)
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and data architecture (preferred)
