Role Description Power of Somatic Intelligence is hiring an experienced high-ticket saleswoman to enroll clients into transformational coaching programs led by founder and somatic coach Chen Lizra. This is a remote part-time role for a High-Ticket Saleswoman focused on commission-based earnings. The Saleswoman will manage client outreach, build relationships, and close high-ticket sales. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, nurturing relationships, conducting sales calls, maintaining strong knowledge of offerings, and achieving sales targets for premium services. This role requires a proactive and driven individual excited about helping others achieve transformation. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking a woman who understands how to sell deep, identity-level transformation — someone who can speak to females’ real pain points (burnout, self-worth wounds, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, relationship struggles) from lived experience. You know how to sell high-end coaching containers with integrity, emotional intelligence, and conviction. No pressure tactics. No hard selling. Alignment only. Responsibilities • Generate and source your own qualified leads • Initiate and nurture trust-based conversations • Pre-qualify prospects for readiness, fit, and financial capability • Book aligned high-achieving females into sales calls with the founder • Track and optimize outreach, booking, and conversion metrics Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-ticket coaching sales • Proven success selling $5K+ offers • Demonstrated experience sourcing your own leads • Strong understanding of conversion psychology and emotional sales • Knowledge of — or personal experience with — somatics is a major plus • Self-starter and can generate results with zero supervision, results-driven • Excellent communication skills You must provide the following stats: • Booking rate • Show-up rate • Close rate • Average deal size and/or monthly revenue generated Compensation Commission-only structure with high, lucrative earning potential for the right closer who knows how to perform.
