Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer who can create and deliver effective training that helps people actually use the tools better and work more efficiently.
The right person has hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related apps. They also have real experience training users on Microsoft 365 Copilot, using practical examples based on real work tasks and different job roles.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, solid training and teaching skills, and experience helping people adopt new tools. The trainer should be able to show clear results, such as higher tool usage, positive feedback from users, and time saved in daily work.
We also expect the trainer to create training materials and work independently. This includes planning and scheduling smaller training sessions, running polls, collecting feedback, and working with engineers to clarify open questions or topics.
