Apply Now
About Us We're an AI Sales Agent + performance advertising company specializing in generating more ideal prospect traffic for our clients and converting it into leads. We work with companies that typically generate leads online but need to finish the sale in-person. We focus the most on targeted Connected TV (CTV) and programmatic display advertising and are expanding into managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads for our clients. Our clients span RV dealerships, marine dealers, heavy agriculture equipment, and elective healthcare providers. We move fast, we measure everything, and we're looking for a creative partner who can keep up. This Role Is Different From a Typical Freelance Gig We're not looking for someone to consult on strategy and hand us a report. We need someone who will manage client ad accounts day to day, operating under our company brand. We'll get you an email address and can work with you to determine the best setup for both of us. You'll communicate with our team (not directly with clients unless needed), execute campaigns, optimize performance, and help us scale. Think of it as a fractional Paid Media Manager embedded inside our company. The work is ongoing. The relationship is long-term. And as we grow our client base, your role grows with it. What You'll Be Managing Google Ads (Primary) - Search campaigns: keyword research, ad group structuring, match type strategy, negative keyword management - Performance Max (PMax) campaigns: asset group creation, audience signals, feed optimization - YouTube/Video campaigns: targeting setup, bidding strategy, performance optimization - Google Shopping campaigns (for applicable clients): product feed management via Merchant Center, bid optimization - Conversion tracking setup and maintenance via Google Tag Manager and GA4. Or you can work with our team if you're not as strong here. - Regular bid adjustments, budget pacing, and performance optimization Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Full-funnel campaign management: awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns - Audience building: custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, retargeting pools - Ad set structure and testing frameworks (creative testing, audience testing, placement testing) - Pixel/CAPI (Conversions API) setup and event tracking Catalog and dynamic ad management for applicable clients - Budget allocation across campaigns and ongoing optimization Microsoft/Bing Ads - Campaign setup and management (Search, Shopping, Audience Network) - Import and adaptation of Google Ads campaigns where applicable, with platform-specific optimization (not just a copy/paste) - Audience targeting and UET tag management - Bid strategy optimization for Bing's unique auction dynamics and demographic skew Account Management Responsibilities Beyond building and optimizing campaigns, you'll be responsible for: - Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (currently 3 to 5, growing). We will start slow together and grow as we build trust with each other. - Weekly performance monitoring and optimization across all accounts - Monthly performance reporting with clear analysis (what happened, why, what we're doing about it) - Budget pacing and spend management to ensure clients stay on track - A/B testing roadmaps for ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages. You can give us feedback and our teams will create the assets or have the client create it. - Proactive recommendations for scaling, restructuring, or pivoting campaigns based on data - Coordinating with our creative team on ad assets (you brief them on what's needed; they produce it) - Staying current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and new features Industries You'll Work With - RV Dealerships: Inventory-driven campaigns, seasonal promotions, dealer events, brand awareness in competitive local markets - Marine and Boat Dealers: Seasonal demand cycles, boat show promotions, lifestyle-oriented targeting - Heavy Agriculture Equipment: Niche B2B targeting, dealer network campaigns, product-specific search - Elective Healthcare: Patient acquisition for men's health clinics and aesthetic practices, HIPAA-aware advertising considerations, lead generation funnels - Our own brand: Occasionally running our own brand campaigns for lead generation What We're Looking For Required - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (not just boosting posts; real campaign management) - Demonstrated experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads (even if secondary to Google and Meta) - Google Ads certification (Search, Display, and/or Video) - Meta Blueprint certification (preferred but not a dealbreaker if your results speak for themselves) - Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel/CAPI - Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (agency or multi-brand experience strongly preferred) - Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting - Comfort managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $5,000 to $30,000+ per client - Clear, professional communication in English. You'll be writing internal updates and performance reports that get shared with clients under our brand. - Available for at least 10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow as we onboard more clients Strongly Preferred - Previous experience working inside or alongside a marketing agency (you understand the rhythm of agency life) - Experience with lead generation campaigns for local/regional businesses (not just e-commerce or DTC) - Familiarity with competitive research tools (SEMrush, SpyFu, Ahrefs) - Experience in any of our verticals (automotive/RV, marine, healthcare, agriculture) Nice-to-Have - Microsoft Advertising certification - Experience with programmatic platforms (Simplifi StackAdapt, The Trade Desk) as a complement to search/social - Basic understanding of CTV advertising and how it fits into a full-funnel media mix - Experience building reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics, or similar) - Comfort with AI-powered campaign tools and emerging ad formats How You'll Work With Us - Company email if it makes sense: You'll get a company email address to operate within client ad accounts and communicate as part of the team - Access: You'll have direct access to client Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Microsoft Ads accounts - Communication: Slack for day-to-day communication with our team depending on your preference. Bi-Weekly check-ins (async or live, depending on preference and timezone) - Reporting: Monthly performance reports using our templates (we'll provide the framework; you bring the analysis) - Briefing: You'll receive campaign briefs, client goals, budgets, and brand context. We don't leave you guessing. - Creative coordination: Our design team handles ad creative. You brief them on specs, sizes, and messaging needs. You focus on strategy and execution. What We Expect - Ownership mentality. These are your accounts. You monitor them, you optimize them, you flag issues before they become problems. - Proactive communication. Don't wait to be asked. If something is off, if a budget is pacing wrong, if a campaign is underperforming, tell us immediately. - Data-driven decisions. Every recommendation should be backed by performance data, not gut feel. - Reliability and consistency. We need someone who shows up, delivers on time, and doesn't disappear mid-project. What You Get - Steady, growing workload: We're actively onboarding new clients. This role scales with us. - Diverse work: Multiple industries, multiple platforms, multiple campaign types. The work stays interesting. - Creative support: You don't have to design your own ads. We have a creative team for that. - Clear communication: We give direct, constructive feedback. No passive-aggressive revision notes. No guessing games. - Prompt, reliable payment: We pay on time, every time. No chasing invoices. To Apply Please include in your proposal: - A brief overview of your paid ads experience, specifically with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads (years of experience, types of clients, typical monthly budgets managed) - Which certifications you currently hold (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Microsoft Advertising) - 2 to 3 examples of campaign results you've driven. We want to see real metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR improvements, lead volume, revenue generated. Anonymize client names if needed, but show us the numbers. - Your experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts at once - Your availability (hours per week) and timezone - Your hourly rate or monthly retainer pricing - Bonus: Any experience in our specific verticals (RV/automotive, marine, agriculture, healthcare) We're ready to start immediately and have accounts that need hands on them. If you want to be part of a growing agency, manage real budgets, and build something long-term, we'd love to hear from you.
