Develop and implement a global continuous improvement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of continuous improvement professionals to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and other improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and efficiency enhancements.
Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring they are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and deliver the expected results.
Provide guidance and support to regional and site-based continuous improvement teams, ensuring consistency in approach and methodology.
Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement concepts and tools.
Champion a mindset of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to continuous improvement, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement, and proactively identify opportunities for their application within the organization.
