GCC & Levant Marketing, Senior Supervisor - Professionals / Experts
Main Purpose of Job
Supervise and guide complex activities, aligning them with departmental and organizational goals. Innovate processes, ensure best practice implementation, and contribute to long-term objectives.
Strategic Responsibility
- Supervise and guide team activities, aligning with departmental strategies.
- Develop and implement operational improvements.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Ensure quality and compliance in team outputs.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on team performance.
Functional Responsibility
- Execute marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the defined market segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns effectively.
- Implement pricing strategies, factoring in market demand, cost, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and enforce marketing policies and procedures.
- Manage customer engagement programs, including key opinion leader relationships.
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes in the therapeutic area.
- Develop and communicate product messages through appropriate marketing channels.
- Analyze sales and customer behavior data to inform marketing decisions.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Identify opportunities for market growth and optimize marketing efforts.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience & Language
Experience:Minimum 7 years. Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred)
