Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating seamless, efficient, and robust web applications. As a team lead, you will guide and mentor a small team of developers, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain the highest standards of software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Lead backend development efforts, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of developers.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with other team leads and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical staff, including providing clear and concise technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
- Proficient in backend development with Node.js and experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong front-end development skills using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience leading a development team or managing projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Passionate about coding and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
