Freelance Graphic Designer (Medical Device – Print & Tradeshow Focus | Remote, PST Hours)

We are seeking an experienced freelance graphic designer to support a fast-paced medical device company based in Northern California. This role focuses heavily on high-end print production and large-format tradeshow graphics, so strong technical expertise is essential. This is a remote, project-based role with the potential to grow into long-term or full-time work. Candidates must be available to work and communicate during Pacific Time (PST) business hours. What You’ll Do •Design and produce print materials (ads, brochures, posters, sales collateral) • Create large-format tradeshow graphics (booths, backdrops, signage) • Follow and maintain strict brand guidelines • Prepare press-ready files (bleeds, color profiles, resolution, specs) • Develop Word/PowerPoint templates and presentations • Assist with basic HTML email invites / simple web pages • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Required Skills & Experience • Strong background in print design and production • Experience with large-format / tradeshow graphics • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Ability to produce accurate, print-ready files • Ability to work PST hours and communicate in real time • Strong attention to detail and deadlines Nice to Have • Medical device or healthcare experience • Basic HTML knowledge • Familiarity with JotForm and Dropbox • Illustration and retouching skills Required Screening Questions • Describe a tradeshow or large-format project you worked on. • Explain how you prepare a file for print. • Example of working within strict brand guidelines. • Rate your skill level (1–10) for Adobe tools and PowerPoint. • Your time zone and PST availability.
