[COACHING OPPORTUNITY] - I'm looking from a fractional CFO to coach me on how to do bookkeeping (QBO) and more importantly, how to read financials and make decisions based on them. I'm estimting that this coaching project will take 10-20 hours.
Context:
I'm a marketing agency owner making blind decisions because I don't track financial data. This is a skill I want to learn myself instead of delegating it since I think every owner needs to known how to use their data to make educated business decisions.
Your role:
- Map out a coaching program for me to go through with indiviual modules from basics of bookkeeping and accounts, how to use QBO, and all the way to how to read financials and make decisions based on them.
- Each "module" will be an hour or two long Zoom session that you and I will sit on where you'll help me understand everything
- By the end of the program, I should have a strong grasp of what bookkeeping is, what's involved in it, how to bookkeep in QBO, and how to take financials reports and use them to make business decisions.
Qualifiers:
- Be a CFO with experience in service based businesses
- Be in the US
