Job Description: • Act as a critical thought partner and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and others to provide visibility, identify important questions, and recommend solutions to drive meaningful impact to our patients and providers • Become the subject matter expert for data management including data integrity, acquisition, mining, analysis, metrics and reporting for the finance team • Design, build and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions to improve the availability and usability of data and insights on a self-serve basis • Drive strategic initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of insights • Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of policies, procedures, and other documentation to ensure uniform, accurate, and consistent data are present • Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to build, scale, and continuously refine our financial infrastructure to help us transition to a mature enterprise • Own special projects / ad hoc analyses - constant change will bring new ideas, initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities that you will assess and drive with creative, data-driven approaches Requirements: • BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as; Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science • 5+ years of experience in finance and/or data roles with at least 2 years of experience in an analytics or technical role • Expert fluency in SQL-based data manipulation • High level of comfort creating dashboards in Looker/Tableau or comparable software • High proficiency with Excel or G-sheets • Solid understanding of enterprise-level financial systems and processes • Passionate about solving real user problems with data-driven solutions • Thrive in a dynamic fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Benefits: • dental, vision, and multiple group medical plans to choose from • a 401(k) retirement savings plan • group life insurance • accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance • flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) • commuter benefits • employer-paid short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance • additional supplemental insurance plans (spouse life insurance, legal insurance, an employee assistance program, and a fertility medication discount program) • flexible vacation time • accrued paid sick time • 11 paid holidays (seven for Pharmacy and Care team members) • eight weeks of paid parental leave for eligible employees
