Backed by industry experts and angel investors, we’ve raised our Pre-Seed round and are growing fast – now with you. WHY THIS ROLE IS TRULY DIFFERENT Most jobs offer exposure. This one offers ownership. You won't be a cog in the machine. You’ll be the engine. As one of the first hires, you’ll work directly with our co-founders to shape a brand with the potential to redefine an entire market. Aufgaben In a nutshell: You own and scale our B2B sales channel - from a profitable base to a repeatable, team-driven growth engine. - Take full ownership of our B2B sales channel including strategy, execution, numbers and results. - Scale what already works by turning a profitable channel into a predictable, repeatable sales machine. - Build and document sales processes and playbooks across lead generation, outreach, pipeline and closing. - Be hands-on in sales with prospecting, pitching and closing while setting the bar for future hires. - Lay the foundation for a growing sales team including structure, KPIs, hiring profiles and onboarding. - Use AI tools to automate, improve and scale outreach, follow-ups and reporting. Qualifikation We don’t care about fancy titles. We care if you can sell, build and take ownership. - 2+ years of B2B sales experience such as Account Executive, Sales Rep, Business Development Manager or SDR with closing responsibility. - Proven closing experience with targets, objections and signed deals. - High ownership and agency with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments. - You are outgoing, confident and people-driven and genuinely enjoy sales conversations. - Cold outreach feels like a game to you and you enjoy researching, messaging and calling. - You actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter in sales. - Fluency in German and English is a must.
