We are expanding — and we’re looking for a Founding Commercial Partner to help scale our impact. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a co‑builder opportunity for someone who understands operations, has real industry relationships, and wants to help grow a firm built on hands‑on, floor‑first problem solving. At OPtiM, we solve complex supply chain challenges through practical, streamlined approaches that deliver measurable results. Our services include supply chain transformation, warehousing and distribution management, logistics engineering, cost optimization, and vendor management. We partner closely with clients across food and beverage, CPG, manufacturing, and private equity to build sustainable, agile, and resilient supply chain networks. What We’re Offering This role is structured for someone who wants to build something meaningful — not just sell projects. Compensation & Ownership • 12% revenue share on closed consulting engagements • Up to 20% equity for the right long‑term partner • Commission‑only to start • Salary + executive leadership role as the company scales Support & Infrastructure • Access to OPtiM’s operator‑led methodology, tools, and delivery capability • Founder‑level collaboration with the CEO • Ability to shape service offerings, go‑to‑market strategy, and client experience What You’ll Do • Open doors with supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing leaders • Identify opportunities where OPtiM’s operator‑led model solves real operational pain • Build and manage a pipeline of consulting engagements • Represent OPtiM with credibility, clarity, and operational fluency • Partner with delivery teams to ensure engagements land with impact • Help shape the commercial strategy as the firm grows Who This Is For You’ll thrive in this role if you are: • Experienced in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations • Comfortable selling consulting, services, or large operational projects • Someone with existing industry relationships at the VP/COO level • Entrepreneurial — you want to build, not just “sell” • A strong communicator who understands operational reality, not just theory • Motivated by ownership, autonomy, and long‑term upside Ideal backgrounds include: • Senior consultant • Customer development professional with consulting experience • Commercial lead in a 3PL or manufacturing environment • Former operator with strong industry relationships • Business development leader in supply chain or operations Who This Is Not For • People looking for a base salary on day one • People without supply chain or operations experience • People who want a traditional sales job • People who need heavy structure or micromanagement This is a founding‑level role, not a corporate sales seat.
