Position Purpose: The Finance Delivery Consultant works closely with project delivery, client services, and development to deliver the desired financial and invoicing solutions related to strategic, global, high visibility and/or complex clients. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate industry and product expertise, drive a client to decisions around requirements and work closely with technical solution team members to deliver an overall solution to meet the client’s business needs within the project timeline. Responsibilities: - Deliver high level presentations with ability to communicate complex information effectively and professionally to audiences ranging from executives to system end users - Responsible for the financial analysis and reporting of select Beeline clients’ activities and performance.  - Develop, implement, and maintain, in a highly professional manner, processes that increase productivity and workflow, with the overall objectives of: - Improving transactional efficiency, including reducing DSO for collections and overseeing the payment process to sub-contractor consultants - Timely and accurate exchange of information and transactions electronically - Increasing consistency in dealings with clients and business partners - Monitor and review all data changes, including but not limited to billing & payment terms.  - Establish cooperative relationships with clients, business partners, on-site Managed Services personnel, other departments, and branches serviced. - Provide remittance information to assist in cash application. - Coordinate with the general ledger and accounts payable departments to pay third party vendors per the terms of the contract. - Conduct business analysis with due diligence, substantiate the issues, recommend, and implement changes in methods and procedures, advise management of appropriate course of action. - Prepare a variety of reports, as needed for management, branches, clients and business partners. - Prepare ad hoc business and financial analysis reports required to support decision making, including: - Analysis and reporting of revenue and A/R for specific branches and Beeline accounts  - Supplier payment reports for Beeline accounts - Maintain up-to-date documentation of account policies and procedures. - Perform all other duties as requested by the Department Manager. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or analytical discipline highly desired - 3-5 years of experience in a professional service setting with a focus on project management, business analysis, financial processes and/or financial systems maintenance - Technical aptitude, complex problem solving and analytical skills - Knowledge of VMS software and/or implementing software for external clients - Knowledge and adherence to project methodology and department standards for finance implementations - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills - Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence internal and external teams - Understanding of financial accounting, reporting and budget controls - Experience working within a project team that include business and technical consultants - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask on concurrent projects, and deliver work on time and under budget - Must be a team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Ability work with all levels of management within Beeline, client, and business partner organizations Our Company: For over 20 years, Beeline has empowered businesses worldwide to achieve competitive advantages with their extended workforce.
