Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Build strong relationships with senior finance leaders, business partners, and technology stakeholders to understand functional and strategic requirements.
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct deep‑dive process analyses to surface improvement opportunities within finance cycles, reporting, and data management.
- Solution Design & Governance: Lead the end‑to‑end design of finance technology solutions—including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and analytics—ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance standards.
- Project Leadership: Own the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Change Enablement: Serve as the primary liaison between the FP&A community and software development teams, championing user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- Data Stewardship: Oversee data integrity, governance, and reporting standards across finance platforms, including OneStream, CPM tools, SQL databases, and Power BI dashboards.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of technology initiatives on cycle times, data quality, and financial insight.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging finance technologies, best practices, and industry trends; proactively recommend enhancements that keep arenaflex ahead of the curve.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and guide junior analysts and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and learning.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance technology enablement, financial systems implementation, or advanced financial analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with OneStream, CPM platforms, SQL, Power BI, and other data‑visualization or analytics tools.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Project Management: Proven track record of delivering technology projects on time and within budget, using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams, drive consensus, and motivate others toward shared goals.
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CFA, CPA, or CBIP.
- Experience in a global logistics, transportation, or supply‑chain organization.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP).
- Knowledge of data‑governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Experience leading remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
