About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
• A strong customer focus and a willingness to learn and grow with our institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, peers, and management
• Good judgment and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise discretion and resolve issues in a fair and reasonable manner

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions, with a reliable private internet connection that meets our technical requirements. This includes:

• A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
• Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
• ISP download speeds on VPN of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
• A hardwired or WiFi internet connection, as long as speed and security requirements are met

Work from Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required blithequark Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories. Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California.
