Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls and participating in outbound campaign initiatives, such as appointment setting and follow-up calls, to provide seamless support to our clients. Supporting our sales agents by efficiently managing inbound sales calls, ensuring proper call routing, capturing lead information in our CRM system, and consistently delivering a positive customer experience. Adhering to all compliance guidelines, including the proper use of scripts, authentication, PHI, and DNC business processes, to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Developing and implementing a sustained, personalized outreach approach to quickly build rapport and trust with our members through outbound campaigns. Assisting with the scheduling and follow-up of appointments to ensure that every client interaction is productive and meaningful. Demonstrating professionalism through clear, effective, and actionable communication, utilizing verbal, written, and listening skills to provide exceptional support and resolve queries efficiently. Applying patience and empathy, adjusting your communication style to match that of each customer, and maintaining a high commitment to accuracy, quality work, and attention to detail in every interaction.
