About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Virtual Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service to Medicare-eligible retirees. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with website navigation and self-service options. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to confirm, schedule, or reschedule appointments with Benefit Advisors Respond to customer inquiries regarding application status or general information Assist customers with website navigation and self-service options Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers Document all conversations and actions taken on each interaction accurately and efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school degree or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred) Basic knowledge of Medicare health plans, prescription drug plans, vision, and dental enrollments (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer tools, with a general comfort level using technology Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar technology Ability to speak multiple languages (desired but not required) Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document conversations and actions taken Career Growth and Development: At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
