Our commitment to corporate social responsibility includes initiatives in environmental sustainability, community support, and promoting financial literacy. **Job Summary** As a Virtual Assistant – Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to customer concerns. This is a full-time remote job opportunity, requiring a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide live chat support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions to customer concerns * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions * Develop and maintain knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing * Work closely with the sales team to provide product information and answer customer questions * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive * Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve customer service **Essential Qualifications** * Conversant in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken * Managerial support experience in a large organization * Experience working with senior leaders and providing support to executives * Key skills, including: + Strong relational, relationship-building, and networking abilities to build and maintain powerful professional connections across all regions of the organization + Hierarchical skills, focusing on and performing multiple tasks in a high-speed climate + Great relational skills, solid relationship-building, and using time productively + Should be a cooperative person working in a unique climate * Elevated degree of capability using MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Salesforce (a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a virtual or remote environment * Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience working with sales teams and providing product information * Experience working with customer service teams and resolving customer issues * Experience working with senior leaders and providing support to executives **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that values innovation, customer-centricity, and teamwork.
