Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English, with excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy. Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently and make sound decisions. Conflict resolution experience, with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Airbnb customer service, with a strong understanding of the platform and its features.
