Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, science, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Specialty pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges of specialty pharmacy patients. Call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
