**Job Summary**
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to health insurance enrollment and support
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines

**Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience in CRM systems and practices
* High level of comfort learning new technology, with a willingness to adapt to changing systems and processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
