About the Role As a Social Media Moderator, you will be the face of our brand on various social media platforms, ensuring that our online presence is engaging, informative, and customer-centric. You will be responsible for moderating comments and messages, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering a sense of community among our followers. Key Responsibilities Moderate and respond to comments and messages across our organic and paid social media channels, ensuring timely and effective engagement with our customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized support and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Analyze data and metrics to drive insights and improve engagement strategies, ensuring that our online presence is optimized for maximum impact. Collaborate with our Content Team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals and values. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring that our online presence remains fresh and relevant. Work flexible hours, including weekends and/or night shifts, to ensure that our social media channels are always monitored and responded to in a timely manner. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 1-3 years of experience in social media moderation, community management, or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their community guidelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive insights and improve engagement strategies. Passion for brand building and a commitment to fostering a positive online community. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience with Sprout Social or other social media management tools. Knowledge of content creation and curation principles. Familiarity with the health and wellness industry.
