Job Overview As a Facebook Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to Direct Messages sent to our clients' Facebook accounts, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products to drive sales. With full training provided, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in social media customer service and contribute to the success of our e-commerce clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via Facebook Direct Messages in a professional and courteous manner Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers, driving sales and promoting our clients' products Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints and concerns Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with our clients' products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customers Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or e-commerce environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative responses to customers Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Facebook and other social media platforms Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate for this role: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce Experience with customer service software, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms Certification in customer service, social media marketing, or a related field Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate with customers in their native language Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication skills: ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customers Strong problem-solving skills: ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions Technical skills: proficiency in Facebook and other social media platforms, with the ability to learn new software and systems Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple conversations, and meet deadlines Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and customer needs Customer-focused mindset: ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
