With a strong focus on customer-centricity, arenaflex has established itself as a leader in the industry, and we're excited to continue our growth trajectory. **Key Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Connecting with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide best-in-class service and support * Building brand loyalty through friendly and effective customer engagement * Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, including: + Customer orders + Loyalty program information + Product information + Company policies * Learning to leverage systems efficiently to provide customers with accurate solutions and information * Identifying and communicating contact trends and customer friction to help drive a better customer experience * Exhibiting a professional and positive attitude with both customers and team members * Meeting or exceeding all individual performance metrics to support departmental goals * Participating in special projects as assigned **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a candidate with: * A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing best-in-class customer experience * Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Desire to develop knowledge and skills that stretch beyond the parameters of the role * Ability to identify problems and propose solutions * Desire to work collaboratively throughout the department * Proficiency in MS Office suite and general computing knowledge * Strong working knowledge of arenaflex products and systems is a plus * Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when faced with difficult situations **Requirements** * 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, high-end retail/guest services, or 3+ years of equivalent experience * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Grow with Us** arenaflex offers exciting and unique career opportunities across the country and in our corporate office.
