Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookings and transactions. Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience. Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services, enhancing their overall travel experience and driving revenue growth for arenaflex. Meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services, maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities, and leveraging your sales skills to drive business growth. Utilize online booking systems and software tools to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless communication with clients and travel suppliers. Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel suppliers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive business success. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in the travel industry, customer service, sales, or related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of travel destinations, products, services, and industry trends. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
