**Your Tasks:**
As a Remote Student Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for all arenaflex customers and those interested in our services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
* Providing information about our products and services, including memberships and subscriptions
* Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle
* Collecting customer feedback and helping to optimize internal processes
* Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and user manual
* Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
**Your Profile:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills:
* Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a heart for our customers

* Proficiency in German and English languages (written and spoken)
