- Provide detailed product information, answering questions about our clients' brands, current nameplates, and performance capabilities, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Define consumer needs by asking relevant CRM and product questions, selecting fulfillment items, and completing price and equips statements for consumers.
- Locate dealers following standard dealerization rules and categorize callers, offering appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to dealers.
- Provide website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites, ensuring a seamless and intuitive online experience.
- Escalate outstanding issues, providing goodwill to customers on behalf of our clients within established guidelines, and communicate with consumers via written form (email/text chat) regarding products and programs supported.
- Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer additional questions, inviting consumers to attend events as required.
- Follow critical elements of the call and file handling process, staying current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools.
- Effectively manage customer complaints from initial call to resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory issue resolution.
