Job Overview We are expanding our team of Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisors, and this is an excellent opportunity for you to launch or advance your career in the automotive industry. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions. Your strong desire to help customers, combined with your excellent communication skills and product knowledge, will enable you to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls within quality standards, ensuring prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns Capture prospect information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, products of interest, and source, to facilitate effective follow-up and sales efforts Provide detailed product information, answering questions about our clients' brands, current nameplates, and performance capabilities, to empower customers with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions Define consumer needs by asking relevant questions, using your active listening skills and product expertise to identify opportunities and provide personalized solutions Select fulfillment items, complete price and equipment statements, and locate dealers following standard dealerization rules, to ensure seamless and efficient customer experiences Categorize callers and offer appropriate touchpoints, such as warm transfers to dealers, to connect customers with the resources they need Provide website navigation assistance, helping customers to explore our clients' brand sites and access the information they require Escalate outstanding issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction Offer goodwill to customers on behalf of our clients, within established guidelines, to demonstrate our commitment to their satisfaction and loyalty Communicate effectively in written form, using email or text chat, to respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing support Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer additional questions, fostering long-term relationships with our customers Invite customers to attend events, promoting our clients' products and services, and encouraging engagement with their brands Follow critical elements of our call and file handling process, adhering to quality standards and ensuring consistency in our customer interactions Stay current with our procedures, product information, and online resource tools, continuously updating your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer experiences Manage customer complaints from initial contact to resolution, using your problem-solving skills and empathy to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional experiences Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to learn quickly, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt to new situations and challenges Dependable and proficient in attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality Able to rotate shifts as needed, with flexibility and availability to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends A passion for the automotive industry, with a desire to build a career in customer service and sales Preferred Qualifications Sales or marketing background, with experience in building rapport with customers and driving sales growth Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with self-motivation and discipline to work independently Familiarity with CRM software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in complex situations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members, providing opportunities for career advancement, training, and education.
