Essential Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will also require strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions professionally. Additionally, you will need to have strong computer skills, including familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools, as well as high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
