Job Overview As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and chats from customers, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about our services Research and resolve customer inquiries, documenting all interactions and outcomes Reset personal identification for callers unable to self-serve in the Interactive Voice Response system Gather information, answer questions, and provide timely resolutions to customer issues Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about our services and resources Stay alert and responsive, handling multiple calls and chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs, including chat software and customer relationship management tools Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and chats simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service Ability to work weekends and holidays, as required Successful completion of a background check Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferred but not required Bilingual skills, a plus Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support environments Knowledge of arenaflex services and resources, or ability to quickly learn and adapt Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
