Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to act as a liaison between our clients and our organization. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with our services and policies. Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client communications. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to our high standards of customer service and support. Take the extra mile to engage clients, going above and beyond to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of providing exceptional service and support. A strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software. Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters, with a patient and understanding approach to client interactions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to clients and colleagues. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency. High school diploma, with a strong foundation in customer service and support principles. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Track record of over-achieving quota, with a strong focus on sales and customer service targets. Experience working in a remote or call centre environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support and service.
