Key Responsibilities Enter data provided by customers into our database with accuracy and efficiency Verify data from various sources before entering it into the database to ensure accuracy and completeness Create spreadsheets and enter figures correctly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail Maintain and update databases on a timely basis to ensure data integrity and compliance Ensure data preservation by taking regular backups and implementing data security measures Retrieve data from the database as and when required, providing timely and accurate information to support business operations File physical copies of data, maintaining a well-organized and secure filing system Verify invoice details and handle invoice payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions Cross-check and rectify data entry errors, maintaining a high level of quality control and attention to detail Adhere to quality control measures at all times, ensuring that data entry tasks are completed to the highest standards Ensure that there is no duplication of data, maintaining data integrity and reducing errors Gather all required documents and personal details from clients, providing exceptional customer service and support Review and catalogue data with appropriate tags, maintaining a well-organized and easily accessible database Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, administrative experience, and excellent communication abilities.
