Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring that tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing client data and character. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the turn of events and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure, building the quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center item procedure to enhance quality and straightforward entry for internal buyers of client examination and experiences. Define and communicate a methodology, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices. Ensure tools are constructed and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams analyzing client data and character. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Investigation Center. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in client digital character, client analysis, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for item advancement and differentiation. Collaborate with Designing, arenaflex Interface, Data Adventures, arenaflex+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch client analysis arrangements with a strong emphasis on information security and client protection. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related area. Additionally, you will need to have at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in driving client insights and data-driven decision making. Preferred Qualifications While not required, a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, would be highly desirable. We also value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
