With a focus on innovation and excellence, we're constantly striving to improve our products and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative – Family Benefits Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs * Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client * Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty * Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments * Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs * Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits * Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Ambitious and motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry * Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms * Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP) * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Ambitious and motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
