Job Overview In this fully remote position, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging with customers through outbound and inbound calls, and providing exceptional service to resolve their inquiries and concerns. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, identifying customer needs, and routing them to the appropriate department. Your excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to handle rejection will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a professional and courteous manner Make outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns, with a target of 50+ calls daily Receive inbound customer calls, identify their needs, and route them to the appropriate department Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High School diploma or GED required 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required Outbound dialing and collections experience is highly preferred, with the ability to handle rejection Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred, but not required Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales experience is also preferred Availability to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Friday, 8am to 11pm EST, with potential occasional half days on Saturdays Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote setting Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate our dialer and other software systems Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
