Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing solutions support to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media. You will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to research and resolve shipment issues, promote customer engagement, and demonstrate empathy in handling difficult interactions. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize various contact platforms, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to communicate with customers and provide solutions support Research and resolve shipment issues, providing forward-thinking solutions to promote positive customer interactions Build strong relationships with customers, promoting customer engagement and loyalty through excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company products and services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to have basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software packages and applications. Additionally, you will need to be able to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, and have a dedicated, secure home workspace with high-speed internet access.
