About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

Qualifications and Requirements

- Open availability, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning and growth
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a work computer provided depending on the position offered
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a reliable and secure connection
