Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to customers. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, providing valuable insights for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements. Stay updated on blithequark products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable support and enhance the overall customer experience. Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training and development programs, ensuring continuous learning and growth. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment, is essential, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle diverse customer interactions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and multi-line phone systems are also required. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with experience working remotely highly desirable but not mandatory.
