Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Assist customers with order requests, account updates, and billing questions, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Resolve insurance-related issues and claims, working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure. Provide empathetic and professional assistance to customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, working together to resolve complex issues and improve our services. What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who are able to work independently and productively in a remote environment. You should have strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and email. A quiet, professional home workspace with a reliable internet connection is also essential.
