Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard. Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, utilizing excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring that complex or urgent matters are addressed promptly and effectively. Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the team's success. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends, helping to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering effective solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Self-motivation and discipline, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a remote work setting. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus, but not required.
