About the Role We are looking for talented and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service and sales calls from potential and current customers. You will provide sound solutions, address customer concerns, and ensure that every interaction is personalized, professional, and satisfying. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer service and sales support to potential and current customers Consistently deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, professional, and satisfying Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide sound solutions to meet their needs Utilize excellent communication skills to build trust, rapport, and loyalty with customers Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Minimum 1+ years of customer service, call center, or retail experience required Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues in a professional and calm manner Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality Technical Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment: A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10 Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone Webcam (external or embedded) Smartphone What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.
